The location, in the middle of a lush forest, added to the magic of the New Year's celebration. The bed and linens were extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was luxurious.

The breakfast at the hotel was not up to par with such outstanding facilities, and some of the staff seemed less helpful and nice compared to others.

The nearby attractions, like a large shopping center and several upscale dining options, are also a plus.

Spent Thanksgiving at a recently renovated hotel housed in a historic building, surrounded by a beautiful park. The house is charming with spectacularly high ceilings, and the rooms are enormous. The bed was extremely comfortable and the sheets and pillows of very high quality. They had a make-your-own-lemonade kit in the room on arrival, which was a lovely touch. The courtyard where breakfast is served is beautiful, surrounded by well-maintained gardens and water fountains. The staff is multilingual, very attentive, and the premises are immaculate.

As great as the hotel was, there are a few downsides. The location is a bit isolated and requires a car to go almost anywhere.
